Fluently Language School

1. Enrollment and Registration

By registering for a class at Fluently Language School, you agree to these terms. Course placement is subject to availability and completed payment. For courses requiring a specific proficiency level, we may request a brief assessment before finalizing your spot.

Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your enrollment is confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from our administration team.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to the start date of your chosen group course or private lessons block. We accept major credit cards and standard bank transfers.

If your employer is sponsoring your language training, we can issue an invoice directly to your company. Payment must still be settled before the first lesson begins.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your enrollment up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the first class, or after the course has commenced. Private lesson reschedules require at least 24 hours notice; otherwise, the lesson will be charged in full.

4. Class Attendance

Consistent attendance is vital for language acquisition. If you miss a group class, we cannot offer a makeup session or a partial refund. However, teachers will provide the covered materials and assignments upon request so you can catch up independently.

5. Course Materials

Digital learning resources and handouts are included in your course fee. Any required physical textbooks will be clearly listed in your course confirmation. Students are responsible for acquiring their own textbooks unless stated otherwise.
